Carrying out suitable activities and inspections on parts of the imported goods of the national Iranian oil company, coming from the EPC contracts of the oil projects or the overseas and local contractors. A arranging import sectors and determine the limits of duties levy and contractor and employer's expenses in such contracts (including credit and reciprocal purchase), put in charge of the customs affairs by managing director of central company and complete supervision on imports done by contractors and gaining assurance from the contractor's obedience from the items in the contract and the current regulations and laws, writing required letters to introduce the contractor agents to the related organizations and companies (including transportation companies, Iran's customs, Iranian customs services, department of transportation) to carry out the customs formalities and customs clearance and consigning goods to the place of related project, settling every probable disputes,

• Carrying the arrangement and correspondence with shipping companies and the customs service of Iran and public warehouse to carrying various services of goods and calculating cost according to current tariffs.
• Participating in meetings for tariff cases and disputes in the executive customs office and if necessary, referring a higher authority, namely commission of customs disputes of settlement and participating in these meetings to defend the interests of the company, obtaining the orders issued and notifying to the executive customs.
